I purchased in July 23 a hose for my pressures washer it advertised that it would fit my machine bit it didn't. I contacted the company they were very slow in response. Then said to take images of old hose and would send attachment need to make new hose fit. That was a month ago. I am still awaiting response never mind the attachment. It is now nearly the end of October. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered a replacement hose for my Jet Washer. Good choice of hose length. I chose the 4 metre one and it was excellent value for money. Chose the standard delivery and pleasantly surprised when it arrived after 3 days the tracking system helped. I have already used the washer and the hose sems to be of very good quality.
