the fitting on the lance ends is wrong

Replacement hose exactly as described and delivered in good time. Not yet used machine but have no doubt all will be well and Cleantec will be there if there is a problem.

The trigger gun I bought to fit a RAC power does not appear to be compatible. I enquired, including pictures, as to how it should be fitted but have received no further response

Ordered new Kranzle pressure washer and it arrived damaged by the courier. Contacted CleanTec and Chris from customer support was great. He took care of of the collection and sending a replacement, as well as keeping me informed. Good product and company to deal with. Top job!! Dave
