Placed an order for a patio cleaning tool for my Kranzle pressure washer. Wasn't in stock, had to call to get a refund. Although the refund was issued straight away, I didn't have to keep chasing for it. They should have a system that knows what stock they have, so they're not accepting payment for items they don't physically have in stock. With that said, they have good prices, this was my second order and my first order was for the Kranzle Pressure washer I was buying this patio tool for, the first order was a good experience. I would use them again.
