made an order over the phone, people very good and helpful unfortunately wanted to change the order, again very helpful in sorting out the revised products. Unfortunately the refund of the original order was dealt with seperately, have recieved no confirmation that the original order is cancelled or that my card has been refunded has spoilt what was good service
