I ordered a role of aquastrap, they delivered within 2 days, pretty quick. No choice of when it will be delivered though, just an email saying make sure your in from 8am till 4pm, not sure what would have happened if I had been out.

Great value for quality product. Beat all other online prices I could find for this bath. My only criticism would be that only one man was sent to deliver a VERY heavy 3mm steel bath and I (a very slight female!) had no choice but to assist. Poor delivery guy nearly passed out and can't say I didn't feel it the next day!

The shower tray and cubicle was excellent quality, which where delivered quickly and very well wrapped up. The staff were friendly and helpful when there was a problem with the availability with one of the items I had ordered.

Very impressed. Good quality, good prices. Plenty of courtesy calls to confirm details and arrange and confirm delivery. Driver called to say when he was on his way and when he'd be there and was above and beyond helpful. Brilliant. Plenty of companies could take a leaf out of their book. Excellent.

I found the bath taps that I was looking for at the price I was prepared to pay. One small gripe is that delivery took 3 days instead of the 1 - 2 days expected when I place the order.
