Since I placed an order nearly a week ago have not been able to get any info regarding delivery. Sent them 2 emails which they haven't answered, left 2 callback messages but no callback, tel no on order acknowledgement doesn't work, their phone always says experiencing a high number of calls (not surprising, maybe they should answer a few!). Website now says phone systems are down contact via email! Looks ominous.

4 weeks ago items stated as 'in stock' on the website, were oddly enough no longer in stock once my money had been taken. 4 weeks later the battle for a full refund for goods never received goes on. Postage costs were totally unreasonable and inflated, there is no one with any authority to authorise refunds, and when you call or mail to ask for YOUR money back, you either get a pathetic response or totally ignored. Can only assume this is either a business about to fail, to wanting too. Should have read other reviews first, as one man rightly says, avoid like the plague.

Would rather take a cheese grater to my genitals than use this company. Absolute rip off merchants who deliver broken goods, then charge you for parts they don't even have, then you have to contact them to ask about refund about 10 times and finally get refund after 2 months. After threats about going to trading standards, Just use someone else, feel like they have no idea what there doing they'll take your money then forget about you and you'll spend the next few months trying to get money back
