I’ve been using Wecasa for over a year…

I’ve been using Wecasa for over a year now for Massage Therapy. harjinder is the third therapist I’ve had from the agent and I find her exceptionally good. The previous Therapist were also. excellent, but they do move on to further their careers. The booking system is very simple and I tend to get a response within ours that suits my requirements. The fees are very competitive and payment is made simple through the app. It is good to be able to chat to the therapist before and after the appointments as it builds up a good working relationship. I find it very advantageous and convenient to be treated in the comfort of my own home. I look forward to using the Wecasa app. Andworking with The professionals in the club for the foreseeable future.

Distinctly Average and wouldn’t bother again

Lovely chap but as soon as he arrived it was apparent he had severe body odour and within 20 mins of a 3 hour booking it began to linger in the house. It left me in a really embarrasing situation and be warned that there is no customer service to reach out to, just a not fit for purpose app and bot chat. Instead of terminating the session as it was so awkward to have a truthful conversation i had to open all the windows on a freezing day to help disperse the smell. The cleaning itself over three hours was ok, nothing more than that. Example, washed the floors but washed around any areas that had small bits of furniture instead of moving them and cleaning underneath. I had ti re-do the back splash areas in the kitchen, small niggly things that should have been done over a 3 hour session. To top it off Wecasa sent me a feedback email immediately after that once clicked on took me through to a ‘ Deceptive Website Warning.’ So i couldn’t leave feedback. WeCasa is just not worth it, they don’t seem to vet their people correctly and in hindsight i should have seen a red flag as my cleaner had done 93 jobs but had no feedback whatsoever. Not being able to speak to a human from WeCasa at any stage is a real issue for me and will instead find a local cleaner with proper feedback. The cleaner himself was a lovely quiet chap who got on and seemed to be industrious, but was definately not a professional and unfortunately had hygiene problems. I have no issue paying for his time as he worked and am happy to pay but the experience was sub par, who you get is random, no proper support from WeCasa and a definate no from me in terms of using them again.

Lovely nails, last minute request

Lovely nails from a very lovely lady, was worried initially as it was a lucky dip but I would definitely be using it again. So convenient and easy. My request was also last minute and I still managed to get an appointment
