Honestly it just makes everything easier when you pre-pay for a number of rooms to be cleaned and hours to be spent. I had a cleaning service today and Francielle was really professional. Love this app.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. I booked an at home wax through the beauty service and the so called professional came with cheap veet wax strips from boots. I sent her home without doing the service and after Wecasa saying I wouldn’t be charged they have taken money out of my account!

Worst experience! Never use Wecasa

I recently hired a Wecasa vetted cleaner for a 5-hour, end-of-tenancy clean and paid £125. I even paid extra for them to bring cleaning products. However, the cleaner arrived with only a nearly empty kitchen surface spray, far from the professional-grade products I expected. The cleaning itself was subpar. Stubborn limescale and grime were left untouched, and not all kitchen cupboards were cleaned. I was disappointed to find that a basic end-of-tenancy clean, which typically involves a thorough cleaning of the entire house, was not delivered.(This is when I specifically asked the cleaner to focus solely on the kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms. I can only guess what state the rest of the house would have been in if I'd asked her to clean it all) I can't share photos to illustrate the poor quality of the work, else I would have uploaded the pictures as a proof. When I reported the issue to Wecasa, their resolution was a mere £40 voucher for future bookings. This is unacceptable, as I have no intention of using their services again. I would have liked a refund to compensate for the poor service. I've learned that local cleaners, often more affordable, can provide far superior service. Please, don't make the same mistake I did.

Communication and response time is excellent. Very fair prices. The amazing cheerful, friendly and always punctual Yi-Chun did her magic on my hair, once again. I could not recommend her enough. Wesca makes booking easy.

Bad service from pro and wecasa

First time using and service was very poor. The ‘pro’ was very grumpy, and rushing, and sadly had very bad body odour. I thought I would be pampered but instantly regretted it. Additionally, I booked with 15% discount code. Payment was taken on my card but a few days later, payment was amended and discount removed so I paid £75 for a rushed hair cut, no blow dry, no clean up by a ‘pro’ that was clearly wiped out and uninterested.
