Fen is hands down the most talented and professional hairdresser I have ever encountered. She is not just a stylist; she’s a true hair artist. From the moment she arrived at my house, I felt completely at ease with her expertise and attention to detail. She took the time to explain her tailored recommendations for my hair, making sure I understood why each suggestion would suit me best. Her ability to refresh my dye with the perfect shade - without me even needing to explain - was nothing short of magical. It’s as though she instinctively knew exactly what I needed! Fen came fully prepared, bringing all the necessary equipment, including towels and a special blanket to protect my floor. Her setup was seamless, professional, and incredibly considerate, leaving no mess behind. The results? Absolutely stunning! My haircut, colour, and blow-dry were perfection, leaving my hair looking vibrant, fresh, and ready for a special night out. I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever been this happy with my hair before. Life saver, perfect service, and nice lady

I would give 0 stars if I could this app is fraudulently set up to put you on subscriptions you aren’t even aware of and then charge your card. I booked a one off cleaner on the app and then got charged £9.90 on top of the cleaning fee. When querying it I was told that because I booked a one off clean I got put on a monthly subscription. I said I never signed up to a monthly subscription- their app automatically puts you on one without making it clear that it’s doing that or giving you the option to opt out. When I asked for a refund they refused as they said I had been charged £2 less per hour for the one off clean and therefore benefited from the subscription. But again their app didn’t give me the option to pay the full price and opt out of the subscription. Their app is deliberately set up to make you “opt in” to subscriptions without making it at all clear that that is what you’re doing. Fraudulent behaviour completely in breach of consumer rights. DO NOT USE THEM if you don’t want to end up paying mad money for cleaners and then having your card charged on top of that
