Don't waste your money

I had a terrible experience with this cleaning company. First of all, they arrived late. When the lady finally showed up, they seemed unorganised and unprofessional. The cleaning itself was subpar—my floors still had visible dirt, and they missed several spots. I emailed as no option to call the company to express my dissatisfaction, but they only offereed a £25 voucher for next cleaning. For the price I paid, I expected much better service. I will not be using them again and do not recommend this company to anyone!

Great until something goes wrong

I have loved using Wecasa and our cleaner Hanifa is good but I have had a nightmare 24 hours trying to get someone to respond to me urgently. The password reset functionality isn't working so I'm unable to access my account. I know my cleaner has contacted me, likely about our upcoming session in two days, because Wecasa text me but I can't see the message or respond because I can't log-in. There is no working phone number, the chat function is left unread, and they have ignored my email for hours. It is incredibly frustrating - they need to have a better communication channel for emergencies. I'll be considering alternative options as this has left a really bad taste.
