I give it 5 stars because of the computer itself. The only problem i had was that the keyboard was defective. Other than that, i got way more than i expected. This is a great deal people! Im happy. Although, you shouldn't use FedEx to deliver your merch. FedEx sucks.

Currently I am rating this as a 1 star. They ordering was easy, shipping was fast however the dual monitors arrived today and they do not turn on. I have left a message on the customer service line voicemail. I will rate this as a excellent once I have two working monitors as ordered

I would rate it higher but my power cord has a shortage therefore my monitor will not stay on.

First they didn't want to refund my money when i was within the 14 fast grace period (I was at 5 days)then only have me a partial refund, i had to call 9 times to finally get an approval from a supervisor to get my refund so i could buy another computer from them. The computer and price were great, but the customer service was horrible
