The staff members were very friendly and professional. They done a fantastic job in our Kitchen . There was a bit of misunderstanding about the quotes as when we received the invoice we were a bit shocked .Being a Charity we probably would not have gone with the bigger clean.

They might be good at getting rid of Pests, but don't bother getting them in for a deep clean! I purchased a cafe, which had a small, but dirty kitchen, I wanted it to be deep cleaned prior to opening. I would've done it myself, had I not been working full time! I had a very expensive quote for such a small space, but said, if it was a DEEP clean, then I'd pay it, but it needed to be spotless, as the previous owners of the cafe, cooked fatty foods and it was really grubby. The first 'engineer' I love they call their cleaners 'engineers' !! (that was sarcasm). Anyway, he was supposed to be their 'BEST' Engineer. He spent '6 hrs cleaning and confirmed the kitchen was spotless. I visited the next day, to what I can only describe as a grubby kitchen, that had been wiped with an equally grubby cloth and mopped with an equally grubby mop. I took photographs of the rotten food in one of the fridges and in the chest freezer, the dishwasher looked dirtier than the cooker; it was an absolute joke, for which they wanted to charge over £700!! I complained and they said they would send out another 'engineer' and the kitchen would be sparkling. I complained for a 2nd time and said, I'd do a proper job, so I spent a weekend giving it a deep clean and it really did Sparkle, I sent them the before and after pics, to show them what a deep clean looked like. Firstly, my complaint was ignored and now I've been bombarded with calls, letters and emails from their credit department, using threatening legal action language. When a formal complaint is being dealt with the account should be put on hold, whilst that complaint is being dealt with, at least, that's how it should happen, but Rentokil do things differently, they ignore complaints and start using threatening language, to get you to pay in full for a very shoddy job!

Callum Bryce came on site very soon after we had reported that the Gents urinals were overflowing. He dealt with the issue in a very calm, friendly and efficent manner. He explained the problem thoroughly and then went on to resolve it. He was excellent. 10/10. Thankyou Initial/Rentokil.

Excellent service. The staff member was patient in waiting for us to clear the area, he has done an excellent job cleaning the canopy and extractor fans and left the kitchen very clean and tidy when he was finished.

Brad was professional, friendly, helpful and very thorough in what was a very stressful situation. Also thankyou to Megan for dealing with the admin. Don’t know what we would have done without them.

We have used Duct Clean Services in Scotland for some time now - staff are always friendly, efficient and pleasant to deal with. However, since they were purchased by Rentokil last year, aggressive tendencies have become the norm. No invoices were received by post or e-mail for work completed on the 17/4/24. Threatening e-mails started to arrive within a week of the job being completed demanding immediate payment or court action will follow. I contacted them by e-mail as required by Rentokil to request paperwork and got no response from them except from Linda at DCS who apologised for the way we had been treated. Payments were made last week - then we get another threatening e-mail from Rentolkil this morning adding admin fees for work completed just three weeks ago and still without receiving any original paperwork. As I stated before, DCS have always been a pleasure to deal with. Rentokil on the other hand are aggressive and unpleasant. Best avoided.
