We had a horrific sewage flood inside our house and I called and spoke to Emma who was so helpful, she understood the urgency and arranged for two guys to work that night to clean up, even though they had already finished for the day they came back out. The guys were amazing, they worked so hard until 11pm and the house where the incident was was immaculate when they left. You wouldn’t have known we had an incident other than the carpet missing which we asked them to remove. We have had no residual smell at all. Thank you so much to your team!

Technician Boualem Hermez was very polite and professional in his job. He came on time, was very tidy, communicated well with our team doing his job without disrupting our daily routine. We were all impressed with his work. It was so well done despite rainy day. Our clinical waste bins and sharp storage area were done to the highest quality. We would like to have him back again. Can you please thank him for us. Job well done. You should be proud of staff like him.

Thomas and Jamies were first class. It was clear they were focused on the needs of the client. It makes such a huge difference when people put the clients needs first, and these two were tremendous.

We had our water tank room cleaned at work as the doors had blown off and we're left off for several months resulting in large amounts of pigeon waste being deposited in the room The two guys who turned up for the job Kristian and Sajna were very professional esay to communicate with worked very hard and quickly and left the area spotless despite the degree of difficulty with the job

Paul and Dave from Rentokil have been amazing. Had a sewage leak in our back garden, they have worked nonstop to dig out the garden, haul waste up the equivalent of 3 flights of stairs to dispose, in relentless rain! They’ve worked unbelievably hard, and done a fantastic job as well as being really nice friendly guys. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I just wanted to recommend everyone from this company.The staff were helpful and did an excellent job in my garden. My drain was fully blocked and starting to spill out into my garden. Two people came out, unblocked my drain, cleaned up the mess and also changed my gravel.
