The engineers Eddie and Ali where great communicating what they were there to do then a clear handover after as to what they had completed

Altho it took a while for Rentokil to attend, the guys that came to clear up were great, friendly, knowledgeable and explained what they would be doing!

From the initial contact through to the end of the job the team were proactive in keeping us up to date with all aspects of the job. Their knowledge was second to none and this was prevalent when they encountered snags which were easily resolved. On both days of the site visit the team were focused on resolving our issues and carrying out their tasks to a high standard. As this was in a busy area both with public and club members the team took time out to explain their duties and roles and responsibilities whenever asked in a professional manner which was greatly appreciated. As Club Captain all I can add is a big thank you for turning around a very bad situation into a back to normal one with limited issues but a lot of hard work.

Eddie was really helpful and honest he removed all the dirty water from the carpet and sanitized it and he put really beautiful smell and he also sanitized the tables and the walls

They are polite and brilliant workers and brilliant with what they do they keep you informed with what they are doing and show you what they have done when they have finished.
