The initial visit to remove insulation did not get the job done but when I emailed Patricia, her immediate response was to ensure Supervisors Emma and Roy came straight out and completed the job to a high standard, and with a professional and personable attitude. They left everywhere clean and tidy and I am happy with the standard of the job and with the professionalism of staff. Roy and Emma were clearly committed to ensuring that a good job was done. After being initially quite apprehensive about the specialist hygiene clean I have been amazed at the difference the clean has made. The affected areas of mould now are much better in appearance and for breathing. My family is asthmatic and we can feel the difference the hygiene clean has made. Kristian the RSH engineer helped to calm my anxiety and gave me some great advice of how to best maintain on the work the Kristian has done in my home. I am very pleased with Kristian's work and would fully recommend Rentokil Specialist Hygiene to anyone who faces issues with mould. Remember to ask for advice on how to maintain on the work that is done. Mould has this horrible habit of returning after some time and brings its relatives with it (so to speak of course)

Kristian came in to our Peckham store and did a fab job in our petrol station where the car wash is. Great communication, told us exactly what he was here for, what the problem was and how he fixed it. Job well done even more so in the middle of a heatwave!
