My tutor is great!

Varsity Tutors is a group of amateurs, not at all a professional company. Varsity Tutors advertises itself as the perfect system that can work around anybody's schedule. Its system sounds perfect in theory, but nothing works in reality. They failed to find a tutor that completely fit my schedule within the 48-hour time period that they promised, and they failed to find even by the first day that I was supposed to start my lessons. One time, a tutor did not show up to a confirmed meeting, and could not be contacted at all. When I tried to inquire about this to customer service, I had to contact so many places before I could talk to a representative as Varsity Tutors does not have a good system of communication. When I asked the representative to cancel all my services from the company, he kept repeating what he already said over and over again like a parrot, trying to persuade me otherwise. The whole process was just very difficult and annoying. Not a good experience at all.

Excellent option for a grown up to learn any topic from the comfort of my place, at my own pace and when I have free time. 10/10!

The tutor is very good but we have a very hard time getting on. Can you please have someone from varsity call my daughter Melissa at 305-310-3573. Thank you

Lacks structure in group classes and learning objectives. It's good for lecture-only learners but if you're not one of those. You'll learn very little.

Ms.Sue has a great personality and a natural teaching style. I've never seen my son so excited to learn!

Tutor was knowledgeable and personable.

Despite the bad internet connection, tutor rescheduled. She is humorous, knowledgeable and patient.
