I was able to get signed up quick, connected to a tutor almost immediately and have a great tutor. I am very happy!

Varsity has grown so much pushing for more students to sign up without making sure they have enough tutors. Varsity only cares about getting students and pushes the sales reps to close being told to always say yes. Later the reps gets cancellations only to find out there are nit enough tutors or the tutors are not being vetted correctly.

Everyone I worked with in Customer Service worked hard to get me the right tutor match. I am off to a good start with learning what I need to know to be successful with my software project.

Great company, great tutors and you get your money's worth. Highly recommend. If you should to have an issue for whatever reason all one needs to do is reach out and your issue will be solved quickly.
