I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS FOR THIS COMPANY! They are an absolute SCAM. They gave me a tutor for a different state that didn’t know anything about the material I needed to know. I called them after I failed the exam and they refused to give me a refund when their policy clearly states they give a full refund if I fail the exam.

The tutors were excellent, and my son's final result was super. However, I do feel that the membership plan is not transparent. My son had a 6-hour plan; he went into the second month and needed two more hours. I feel that the unused hours should have been credited back. However, they were not, and I paid for 6 hours that were not needed. I do believe they should really explain this moving forward so you can determine the end appropriately. The person that I spoke to on the phone, I expressed no exaggeration eight times that we were done and did not need any further services...however, he kept me on the phone trying to sell me was extremely irritating,

I was doubled billed and denied a refund. I asked for one month of 1 on 1 for my daughter. At the end of the month, they billed me again falsely claiming I subscribed. I disputed the claim immediately upon receving the debit on my credit card and they said "too late!" Don't believe these reviews. Notice there is no google review. If there was, these people would one stars all around. 100% scam.
