A minor problem with my Hyundai 550w Long Reach Hedge Trimmer (no cutter guard included) was quickly resolved by Poonam, along with an apology for the omission, and some complimentary gardening gloves. A very efficient and responsive service.

We were sold a good product However, the hedge cutter developed a fault after just over 12mths. We were given a generous warranty of three years So we contacted Genpower and after a number of emails from Solomon we received a replacement so all ended well Thank you Solomon

Straight forward to order after a little research and excellent delivery quickly. Easy to asemble and clear instructions. Used by an older lady and although quite heavy is quite easy to manoevre once you get used to it. Would recommend.

Lawnmower performed poor. Had to finish my gardens with a lightweight cordless for a professional looking finish. After a little over 2 months, the lawnmower packed in with a bang and very dramatic pipe leaks and smoke. I know how to maintain a lawnmower as I am a Gardner by trade. I contacted Gen Power, whos policy's are infuriating. I am covered by warranty and asked for an immediate refund, They can not do this. I then said I need a replacement machine as without it I have no income, they can not do this as they have no lawnmowers in stock and won't do for at least the next 10 days. Which itself is not on. Instead I am told I have to breakdown the lawnmower, drain all fluids, source my own large packaging, make sure it is adequate for transport, print off labels..... Then I will receive an email in a week or so telling me if they can refund or not. This is the last time I ever buy a Hyundai product and definitely the last interaction I have with GenPower. My business has been seriously hurt and as I am growing this has set me back so far, I am going to lose contracts I have worked extremely hard for, that I have just won and now this happens and GenPower have been next to useless
