Great Customer Service from Jade and the Team.

This May appear contradictory but I received an obvious returned item by mistake. I contacted the company and peter Whuatorhe the customer services representative arranged for its collection and a brand new replacement to be delivered. Companies can occasionally mess up but it is how they react once informed of the mistake. This company responded well and corrected the mistake 100%. They will see me purchase further items because of the way they resolved this issue

I have had several Hyundai products over the years and yet again not disappointed. Just purchased P1 pressure washer, had it up and running fantastic pice of machinery.
