Quick dispatch of replacement oilFor getting the replacement oil out to…

For getting the replacement oil out to me was quick but when I opened the new mower this morning and there was no oil it was very disappointing especially when I looked at reviews today several other people have had the same problem - it’s a shame this situation has not been sorted.

Missing package resolved swiftly.

After my purchase went astray while with the courier I used the live chat function to contact customer services. My call was picked up by Jade who then managed the entire process from start to finish and successfully resolved the problem. I was kept informed by Jade every step of the way until I received the replacement package. First class customer service!

Hyundai Chainsaw Problem

I had a problem with the pull cord mechanism of my Hyundai chainsaw - this was dealt with very quickly and efficiently by Sanjana with the part being replaced under warranty. Excellent communication all through and hopefully the problem will not recur

Helpful & Great product

Helpful answering queries and interested in hearing of their products are working properly and if the customer is happy. 5 in 1 tool is brilliant! I haven’t used all the parts but it’s very good. There are some fiddly tools needed to swap parts over but it will help us with our garden!
