Pleasant welcome at the pharmacy. Very nice woman who carried out the vaccination. All done on time. Good to be able to have this done locally now that the doctor's surgery has stopped doing it. Good also not to have to go to Brighton racecourse for it!

Staff were friendly and helpful as they always are in Kamsons pharmacies.

Although it was an OK process I felt stressed filling in the health form at the till while the staff were trying to serve other customers. I don't know why I wasn't asked to do it in the consultation room. It was only when it came to the jab was I invited in. I felt it could have been a much better experience with a bit more care. Not everyone is good with needles.

I received a call 10 mins before my appt telling me that they were having supply problems and had no vaccination for me. I’d left work early and cycled to get there for my appt, they admitted they should have let me know earlier. Very poor!
