The pharmacist was gentle and quick for my flu jab

I received a flu vaccine through my local Kamsons and the whole experience was concerning. The pharmacist didn’t wear gloves, sanitise his hands, or sanitise the injection site. He took out a cotton ball from a bag and put it down on a disgusting desk, grabbed my arm, stuck in the needle, then pushed the dirty cotton ball into the injection site. When I was done I wasn’t told to stick around to be monitored, instead I was told to leave. Consequently, I have never been as sick after a flu vaccine as I currently am, and I don’t know how much of that is due to the unsanitary environment that it was done in.

Kamsons staff are very helpful & knowledgeable. My mother-in-law had her flu jab in store they were very patient.

Had flu vaccine here yesterday and I also use kamsons for prescriptions . I have only ever had positive experiences. Everyone who works here seems friendly and patient.
