A very positive experience

The booking process for our flu jabs was easy. The receptionist at the pharmacy was very professional. We arrived 5 minutes before our appointment and were asked to complete a simple health questionnaire. We were then called in to a private room for our flu jabs. The young lady carrying out the injections was very thorough and professional. We will definitely use Kamsons again.

Recent flu vaccination

The staff were all very friendly and helpful making the whole experience quick and efficient with no queues to negotiate. The vaccine was administered quickly and well. I would use the service again.

Great pharmacy

Had my flu jab yesterday, didn’t feel a thing! Arm doesn’t even ache today 🙂 also came along to apt 30 mins early and was seen without any issues. I get my prescription here regularly and have never had any problems. Great pharmacy.

Extremely disappointing Service

I booked a private flu jab appointment for the 7th of November 2024 and received a reminder email from Kamson on the 6th of November. I arrived at the pharmacy on the scheduled day and time. The staff asked me to fill out a form and pay,which I did. However, after that, they informed me that there were no private flu jabs available and that my appointment had been canceled. I explained that I hadn’t received any cancellation notice and had, in fact, received a reminder email. They insisted the appointment was canceled and offered a refund, which I accepted. What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of courtesy. None of the staff took the time to apologize or speak for the inconvenience or the poor service. Instead, they repeatedly mentioned the cancellation . I was completely dissatisfied with the service and the staff's inconsiderate behavior. I certainly won’t be returning to Kamson in the future And, now I am getting another email for "Thank you for booking your flu vaccination with Kamsons Pharmacy"!!
