Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional

Excellent service! We had got the date wrong for our vaccination appointment but they still managed to fit us in. All staff are always pleasant - it is our local for prescriptions.

I had a lovely nurse who made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. Really quick and thorough too!

Friendly greeting from staff and I wasn't kept waiting at all. The staff member administering the vaccination was very friendly and proficient.

The lady who gave me the injection took a very long time to find the correct provider for my voucher code and then entered the code incorrectly twice! Last year my appointment took no more than two minutes and this year it was more like 20!
