I EVEN GET COMPLIMENTS FROM 'SOCIETY' LADIES WHO KNOW THEIR STUFF. I DON'T REMEMBER WHEN I ORDERED...MAYBE DURING COVID... BUT GOT ONE 'NEW YORK' IN 35MM IN BABY BLUE....SMELLS LIKE LEATHER....THINK IT IS....NO STINK. THE OTHER 2 WERE 30MM NEW YORKS....A RED AND A BLACK. THE HARDWARE IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO LOOKING LIKE HERMES, WHICH IS THE IDEA. THERE ARE UTUBES THAT COMPARE THE DIFFERENCE....MINE ARE CLOSE. I TRIED TO GO TO THEIR SITE TODAY, AND CAN'T.....OUT OF BUSINESS? I LUCKED OUT...MAYBE BEFORE THEY BECAME TERRIBLE TO CUSTOMERS, AS REVIEWERS INDICATE. I WILL ONLY ORDER OFF TV & ON LINE WITH A BANK DEBIT CARD. IF TROUBLE RETURNING, MY BANK STANDS BEHIND ME....DON'T USE A BIG NAME CREDIT CARD.....LOST CAUSE. WHEW.....I COULD HAVE HAD A $600 LOSS....KARMA WILL GET THEM...I READ THEIR REPLIES.....APPOLOGIES/EXCUSES....NO RESOLVE. Dont recommend. They charged me reoccurring charges for nothing. Website and email were down and no customer service contact.

This is a shady overseas company trying to disguise themselves with a New York facade. The bags are nothing but molded plastic that they won’t let you return, despite what their policy states. Don’t waste your time or your money.

I received this beautiful bag beautifully and safely wrapped. Not only was it damage free, the company supplied a reusable box to store the handbag in. I picked the green color which is a great neutral.

So far, most of the purses I selected and purchased met my expectations. However, a couple were smaller in size than advertised. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchases. I simply love my Prada Black Tote!
