I had a highly disappointing experience ordering a pair of knee-high boots from Maison Margiela for over €1,000. While the boots arrived on time, they were delivered in a box from another brand, which was immediately concerning. Additionally, the package lacked dust bags and the authentication card typically included with Margiela shoes. I emailed the company to address the incomplete and suspicious delivery. I attached pictures, detailed what was missing, and highlighted that the boots had been stuffed into a small box from another brand. Unfortunately, their response was completely unhelpful and failed to resolve the issue. If you're planning to make a big purchase, I recommend spending your money with a company that is more legitimate and accommodating when mistakes occur. LN-CC does not meet these standards. Update: LN-CC, you are claiming that MM6 by Maison Margiela is the same as Maison Margiela. However, even on your website, it is evident that they are different brands. The order is incomplete, and your responses have been copy-pasted through three emails, each time typing this: Thank you for contacting LN-CC Online Store. We kindly inform you that MM6 is Maison Margela. As previously specified, all our inventory is directly supplied by the brands and designers. Certain items may also include the designer's own proof of authenticity, such as an authenticity card, a dust bag, packaging, etc. Some may not unfortunately. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Care team for any further information. Sincerely, so if you want to handle it privately, try to be at least semi accommodating

I love LN-CC, and have used them for years. But my most recent purchase, an expensive purchase that I placed needing it for weddings over the summer, is still 'processing' after a month, and despite regular check-ins with customer care I have just been told 'soon', with no acknowledgment, accountability or detail. When people are making major purchases, I just don't think this sort of relationship with customers is acceptable, and I have to call it out.
