Awful Company & Service

Awful company. Paid over 200 dollars for my order. Its 44 days later and still no sign. All their customer service did was send me a tracking number, didn't even bother to check the tracking information themselves. Clearly shows no update to the tracking history since 3 days after I placed the order. Rang my local post office and they confirmed that its up to Lulus to check this out as they also have no further tracking information. Ive asked for a refund - no response from them. First and last time I will ever order from this company again.

I absolutly love lulus i have ordered dresses frok here multiple time and they are amazing .. I was wondering though i ordered my dress for my Birthday on thursday and havent recived a shipping confermation yet. And was wondering when i would get my order.

Achtung, keine Ware da einkaufen. Habe im Voraus bezahlt und die Ware nie erhalten. Auf Anfragen meinerseits per Mail und Kontaktformular keine Antwort erhalten.

My favorite retailer

My favorite retailer. I buy most of my clothes from Lulus with the exception of finding a few pieces here and there when I end up at the mall sometimes. Online shopping is just to the way to go these days. What keeps me coming back is their free exchanges and returns!!, stellar customer service, occasional deals, and honest reviews of their clothes worn by real people! Free returns is the biggest reason I continue to shop at an online retailer after their style/quality/price, of course. The website is easy to navigate, and there are enough reviews on items so I know if I should or should not buy an item. The photos of people in all shapes and sizes wearing their clothes if proof that their clothes are popular and stylish. The few times I had to call customer service, I received only great service. They are doing everything right and I hope they keep it up. I will continue to shop there. **MAKE SURE TO WASH YOUR CLOTHES FROM LULUS IN COLD WATER!!! OR ELSE THEY WILL SHRINK AFTER ONE WASH AND YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO WEAR IT AGAIN**

I expected so much better from Lulu's…

I expected so much better from Lulu's from previous good reviews. I placed my first order about a week ago and I couldn't wait for it to arrive. I received it about an hour ago, just to find out that wrong item was sent to me. I ordered a tweed skirt, but a cotton dress was sent to me. What funny is that the dress has the same item code as my skirt, so if there is something wrong it would be the person who packed up the item and labeled it with wrong code. Other people might have had a good experience with Lulu's, but mine turns out to be different. I am all geared up with mask, on my way to UPS store to return the item that was not mine. What a disappointment

Missing Item, Wrong Item Replaced, Only Headaches

I used to like Lulus. Until I placed one of my many orders with them. They sent me an incomplete order, missing one of my items. I called customer service and waited about 30 minutes to get a hold of a representative. He sent me a replacement which took about a week to receive, and when it arrived, IT WAS THE WRONG ITEM. I called again, and it took another 30 minutes until someone finally texted me. Then Lulus wanted me go to the UPS store, in the middle of a pandemic, to returned the wrong item that was sent by them! If not, I was told that I was going to get charged for it! When I asked for them to arrange the pickup, she sent me a link where I would have to pay to get the WRONG ITEM picked up. So far this year, I have placed 3 orders with Lulus for several items. I don't want anything to do with Lulus they lost a customer. >>>IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY, SINCE IT APPEARS I CANNOT RESPOND TO IT Please do not misinform what happened to the public. I have not received any confirmation about any expedited replacement to my order. Also, why did it take two negative reviews and charge back claim to get a response to my initial problem?

Love love love this site!! I found Lulu's recently while shopping for birthday outfits and jewelry and I found exactly what I wanted. I was not disappointed at all. Can't wait to try on my outfit! Thank you Lulu's for making my shopping experience easy and hassle free.

It is a pain to get on their website

It is a pain to get on their website. It keeps giving me this robot test and I can't get on and it gives me a message that I am not ready to shop. Maybe if I could get on the website I would be ready to shop! If you make it impossible for your customers to get on your website how else are they going to buy your product! Never have encountered this with none of the other major more recognizable stores in the country.

Generally I love Lulus but their 30 day…

Generally I love Lulus but their 30 day return policy is especially tough with online returns. Missed the 30 days by 5 days and now stuck with a dress that wasn't sized correctly. Disappointed!
