Before I purchased an extended warranty for my 2016 Chevrolet Suburban, which is still under manufacturer’s warranty, I contacted several Vehicle Service Program companies to compare their offers. I spoke with Agent Henry Scott at Concord Auto Protect and he did an excellent job at explaining CAP’s “Premium Program” and answering all my questions. I was offered a very competitive price and will start my coverage at the end of my vehicle’s manufacturer’s warranty. Got a follow up call from Henry to confirm everything he sent had been received and all information was correct. Very good and very professional service from start to finish. Glad I called Concord Auto Protect before purchasing an extended warranty for my vehicle.
