Ralph was excellent to work with, very customer service oriented, after getting haggled and pressured at dealer when buying second car, I came back to Concord for extended warranty on 2013 prius because of my experience working with Ralph earlier in the year. He answered all my questions and concerns, is extremely trustworthy and individualized my policy to meet needs on both of our cars. When everything is said and done, I saved 35% dealing with Concord and almost 100,000 extra warranty miles for 5.5 years instead of 3.

Called Concord based on the review of the 8 best companies...Concord was listed #2. Spoke to Jeff, who explained in as much detail as I asked for, the features and benefits of the contract. He also offered a couple incentives, which I accepted. I particularly like the fact that Concord is not a broker...they handle everything in-house.
