Scammers
My partner ordered a JellyCat through this store. The quality of this was disgraceful, and I am not entirely sure it’s genuine. We sent it back to be called liars and accused of washing the product. I had it for 24 hours, why would I wash it! I have other jelly cats which have been washed and their quality is still better than a brand new jelly cat from this website. Spoke to a manager who said the products is ‘damp and smells of washing detergent’ which is impossible because it hasn’t been washed. This company are happy to send out and charge people for faulty/ fake products but are unhappy to refund them. Don’t buy from this website unless you want poor customer service and terrible products. I have had to contact jelly cat and trading standards to try resolve this issue because management can’t!
Terrible Quality Control and Even Worse Customer Service
Ordered a JellyCat through this store for my girlfriend for our 1 year anniversary as a present, upon arriving the quality wasn't the best but at the time I was none the wiser as I've never owned one, I wrapped it and gave it to my girlfriend on the date of our anniversary and she told me it wasn't right all the threads were sticking out and the quality was no way near right, we then elected to send it back to check as something didn't seem right with it, after sending it back we have been accused it has 'Obviously been washed' by Sharon Norman when it's been inside gift wrap and my partner had had it for 24 HOURS and we have done absolutely nothing to it, apparently the product was still damp it's genuinely ridiculous to be called a liar and accused of dishonesty when we have done absolutely nothing we were not happy with the quality and have been made out to be liars, worst customer experience if you have the option between the product you want from here or going without, save yourself the time and go without.
Great seller for gifts
Was looking everywhere for a couple of hard to find Jellycats. A search popped up with this company. After reading reviews, I took the plunge and ordered. I have to say this first time customer will be returning. Items were despatched quickly with traceable postage and both Jellycat came as described. No issues at all and just a great business to deal with

Bought a Jellycat toy for a Christmas present. Arrived quickly, but slightly damaged, so returned. Return process was straightforward and refund received promptly, so no complaints.

I ordered and paid for 3 pairs of socks that was needed as Christmas gifts but sadly only 1 pair was sent out in the biggest box (what a waste of packaging) my confirmation email stated all pairs would be dispatched and ive had nothing to say why whey wasn't nor did I get a refund so very unhappy and wouldn't recommend
This is a terrible company
This is a terrible company. As a first time customer, I am simply unaware of limit per person for some popular items. And the only reason why I exceed is just because I want to get a free shipping. AND then a stuff cancelled my order and just accused me of ‘clearly found a workaround on our site which bypasses this rule’. As a first time customer, how would I know these hacks. And how terrible is it for the head of technical to just accuse customer like this. It’s clearly a terrible accusation that would make everyone very unhappy amid of this festive season. So just don’t buy from this store if you want to enjoy life. A waste of time in communication with such rude people.
I much prefer giving praise but...
I much prefer giving praise to a company. After paying for an order through Amazon pay, I received a mail saying it was declined. I reordered the next day on their site. I ended up being charged for both. It cost me two lots of postage to return one of the parcels £7.90. I tried to explain to customer services but they wouldn't accept there had been a glitch causing both orders to go through. Not happy. A costly experience.

Big shoutout to this fab company! I’ve had so many delays and problems with parcels missing etc this Christmas (from other companies) so thought it would be nice to highlight a fabulous transaction! Placed an online order (for items that were out of stock at 2 other stores but found them here) paid for order and everything was packaged carefully and delivered very next day. Brilliant service!!! I keep forgetting to shop with them (probably because they don’t spam my emails like bigger store do) but every time I do, it’s just an utter joy! Thank you so much:)
