One of the gift baskets did not arrive…
One of the gift baskets did not arrive for the 4th of July celebration. Since I am in Europe and can't celebrate with friends and family it was important to me that they would be delivered on time. I placed the order on June 7, so I think there should have been plenty of time for delivery on time. I have never been disappointed before, so this is kind of sad.
Not sure how this happened
I purchased a personalized candy box. It was easy to navigate the site. However, when I got a thank you card from my godfather indicating my name was Michelle, I was confused. It turns out that GiftTree sent my personalized box to someone and he got someone else's for Father's Day. I did not receive anything from the company explaining the error. In the meantime, I just assumed that my godfather got confused. While I was away on vacation weeks later, I spoke with him and he told me of the confusion. When I looked at my credit card statement yesterday, I saw a refund. However, it would of been nice if I would have received an "OOOPs" email explaining the situation and how GiftTree was planning to resolve error.

Do not order from this company
I had.ordered my husband a frame for Fathers Day and was ensured that it would.arrive well before Fathers Day. Not only did it take 3 weeks but it came scratched. So i contacted them to say i wasnt satisfied and I wanted a full refund because in the meantime.I did buy him a new frame. Customer service started negotiating with me..saying they can refund 30% and then said 40% and then was told to return item but i had to pay the freight charges. Will definitely tell all my friends and family not to order from.this scam comoany.
Paid EXTRA Delivered Late
I ordered a gift to be sent to my mother for her birthday and paid EXTRA for the gift to arrive on time. The gift was late and I was only refunded half of the EXTRA money paid for shipping because the express delivery services are not reimbursing for delayed shippments.
