The intended receiver did not receive the gift basket

The gift was delivered without asking for a signature and was left on a porch in 90+degree heat. Needless to say, the cheese was melted and the wine was hot/spoiled. Please advise.

My in-laws never received their gift for their 50th Wedding Anniversary. I called two days after it should have been delivered to find out it had been in North Carolina for three days. While fed ex may be at fault, the company didn’t really do anything to make me want to order from them again.

The basket I ordered for my brother’s 80th birthday did not include the bottle of California wine. If I had not seen it for myself it would have gone unnoticed. I contacted customer service and was told it will be sent out. I will try a different company for my next purchase

I paid extra to have my delivery on Friday which was just two or three days later in order the new couple could have their gift in time for their Friday night party with friends only to receive it on Saturday after the party was over. The worst $180 I have ever spent!
