All went fine apart from the fact that delivery was 1 day late when i paid extra for it to be delivered in June 9. The gift was delivered in June 10 and was well received

Ordered from Gift Tree because they allow me to choose a delivery date. Amazon doesn't. Amazon ships as fast as possible. I wanted to plan ahead for a surprise. Gift Tree did not honor the delivery date and shipped right away. When I noticed that and called they said they would try to have FedEx hold the delivery until the date promised. I asked for the order to be canceled instead. They refused. They said they would let me know of the outcome of their efforts with FedEx..... they didn't. If the delivery date is important to you then don't trust them. They do not take that commitment seriously.

Different from what I ordered

The packages are lovely. We send these out as a thank you and welcome gift for joining us or adding services with us and they are pleasantly surprised to receive them. I would like it if you guys could put the scissors back with it - that was a great touch, but, overall, they are great so we will continue to buy.

No matter what day they tell you it will deliver, it won’t. And they will blame covid and tell you sorry about your luck when it doesn’t deliver when THEY tell you it would. Find a different company to go through please
