The box and the engraving were lovely but the wine opener bent the first time he used it. I had to buy a heavier duty wine opener to replace the one that came with this set.

I love your basket selection and have ordered from you three times. I reside in Canada and ship to the US. Service is great until I want to track my order. The system keeps telling me I have not entered the correct billing zip code. I assume it is not set up to accept Canadian postal codes. Even if I use my order number I can never track my shipment. Also, while it's great that I get emails telling me you received my order and then when it has shipped, I never hear from you again. I had to call your customer service to find out that my last order was delivered. If you could make changes so I can track my package and receive an email when it was delivered, I would give you 5 stars. Thank you.
