Just as Covid arrived and lockdown…

Just as Covid arrived and lockdown began, the high-quality topper that I purchased whilst on business in Japan was starting to show its age just . I lacked the confidence to purchase a new topper online and so I booked an online consultation with Kristina Young. I cannot recommend this highly enough. We narrowed down a few styles and she offered for me to hire the colour samples. I decided to go one step further and book a Covid PPE face to face appointment. It was well worth the short wait. Kristina had short listed Toppers for me to try and we went through my options and colour choices. Nothing was too much effort. Kristina is an expert in her field. Although I had considered that I may need to wait for my colour choice to be ordered, Kristina had it in stock!! I left with my new topper, which was ironically the first one on Kristina's short list for me. She knew before I got there what I was likely to choose and she was right, but patiently allowed me to try as many options as I liked. I also left with a list of other suitable styles and colours that I could then order online. Kristina often has special offers so I will be ordering more with confidence including a customised topper. Come on Payday!!

Amazing service

Kristina Young offers an amazing service. I recently ordered a Belle Tress Spice Girl then changed my mind about the colour, but that was no problem as they agreed to change it with no hassle at all. It arrived quickly and was great value with the discount offer price.

My wig arrived on time and it was placed inside a box with protective covering. Using Klana to pay for the wig made is so much easier too! I will definitely use Kristin Young again.

The hair toppers is quality driven

The hair toppers is quality driven . The color is not quit a good match for my hair color. It’s too ashy . I am closer to Jon Renau Laguna blonde more of a golden blonde no ash. Ash doesn’t work with my skin tone it’s too drab for me and I look older and tired. I have red and golden bright tones in my natural hair and my highlighted hair is bright and Vibrant blonde. I hope I can find the color the color that will match my hair with roots it looks much more natural with the roots. I do not like roots but it happens to look natural. I would like to try a golden blonde with light blonde mix. Amazing quality hair . It’s not shiny it looks more like real hair human hair

Returns not accepted

My hair loss started at the beginning of the 2020 lockdown in the UK. I bought wigs from another online company, who kindly let me return a couple of times when they were not right, and I was tempted to Kristina Young by a discount offer (and a professional website). Unfortunately, the wig I ordered didn't suit me at all, so I requested a return and a purchase of a different wig I thought would be better. I was then told that returns were not accepted. Sure enough, there in the small print at the bottom of the home page on the website, was the statement about returns. I had not thought to look there, assuming it was as professional a company as it looked. I queried the policy by email, and as well as having the law quoted at me, I was told that I could have used a wig shop. This is difficult to do in a pandemic when everything is closed, and anyway, I don't think it is a fair policy at all. They have certainly lost my custom, and I would suggest that unless you know that you will definitely keep what you are buying, you should think twice about shopping here.
