Terrible service from the start
Terrible service from the start. They even "lost" my file at one point, would claim people are going to ring and then don't hear nothing back. Questioned them about inital contract and advisor couldn't answer any of the questions. Avoid!

They replied back to my message straight away and got the ball rolling within a couple of weeks. All jobs were completed within a high standard. Highly recommend this company

Feed back 1. No on going communication from company 2. Had to chase third party Solicitor to be told they would no longer take the case as basically not large or qualified enough 3. Ignored when addressing issues with company, hiding behind so called Admin Manager... 4. Manager had to apologise via email for lack of service AND communication Basically amateur and unprofessional - Would not recommend to Leaseholders or anyone for that matter. STAY AWAY - time wasters, no empathy, lack of communication skills and self servicing. They have not even had the professionalism to reply to all Leaseholders and update them with cases logged with them......says it All! In reply to your message below LIARS AS WELL - You did not contact me, I contacted the Solicitor... DO NOT USE THE COMPANY They replies from them show how unprofessional they are Solicitor reply I hadn’t realised that no-one had been in contact with you, I apologise. Our senior solicitor reviewed all cases in your building several weeks ago and concluded that we could not accept the claims. This was communicated back to our referrer and as we understood it they would then attempt to find another solicitor who had capacity to accept the claims. Your office manager Graham Anstee is fully aware that both you and so called soliicitor had not been in touch.... Shame on you!

This company keep calling me again and…
This company keep calling me again and again- I am not a private tenant nor council tenant, so why they keep calling me? I asked them several times to remove my number from their list- they still keep calling me at least once in 2 week. I blocking their numbers- they calling from new numbers. How to avoid those unwanted callers? I think no one should call without person permission. It could be 1 initial call, but once person asked not to call anymore. No one should intrude anyone's private life nor time. Could you agree with me?
Awful company to use
Awful company to use, complete wast of time. One of the Barrister rushed me to sign paper work I just come out from hospital with covid19 I was unwell I still not fully recovered. The barrister lied to me She said just sign the letter they will fix your house within 30 days.that was last September I contacted her by email no reply. I got a letter from housing disrepair saying your file has been closed. My house still not fixed, I’m still arguing with my landlord. No electricity I’m my bathroom, mould in my bedroom, sitting room, cubed, child room etc....... I advise not to use this dodgy company.
No service from H&F
My partner reported a vandalised Victorian glass window to H&F 3 to 4 weeks ago. No attempt by H&F to fix it. They simply don't care.
