The solicitor Ammar took me through all the steps easily. He listened to what the problems were and ensured that each one was agreed to by the Housing Association. I would recommend this services as it takes some of the stress and strain out and gets the repairs that you need completed.

I was visited this morning for an assessment, the young man arrived early and without a mask. I am physically disabled and have a traumatic brain injury. The young man was testing a part of the wall for dampness, he had no stool/ladder to reach the ceiling and asked for a chair, I cannot lift heavy objects. He had to stand on my exercise bike to reach the ceiling. I heard the base crack, but because of my brain injury found it hard to exert influence, I had repaired that part of the wall. I was trying to explain to him that he was testing the wrong part of the wall were new water had been escaping, he ignored me and proceeded to call his colleague on the phone and giving the wrong information, and suggesting I wouldn't be able to get the help I needed. This triggered my brain injury and my anxiety. I told the young man that I have a brain injury and that he was triggering me and please leave my home. Instead of de-escalating the situation he escalated. He asked my neighbour if he had 'issues' also, which upset me. Admittedly I am very disappointed in my behaviour but I have certified disabilities which this firm were warned of. I feel they sent out an unprofessional and inexperienced person to deal with vulnerable people. If you are vulnerable in any way I would suggest using a different company. I called Graham at Housing Disrepair helpline hoping I could explain what happened, I explained I had a brain injury. He too was very rude and upset me. Look at the sarcasm and disrespect from this "professional" company... For example they say that they asked my neighbour "what was he doing there?!?" urmm he lives there And he didn't spit.. I have a tracheostomy and when I shout I can sometimes spit.. My neighbour actually held my arm preventing me from running after your scurrying rat Because I can assure you that he wouldn't have been coming back to work the same way he left. You are dismissed!

I’m so grateful that I encountered with Housing despair Heplline so that they did all the job for me. I had ongoing request from my housing association to change window frames of my house, as they were old enough to led considerable amount of draught, for about 3 years. They never accepted to change it until housing despair team and their solicitors requested behalf of me. I received compassion from my housing association as they delayed necessary work at my house. The process was easy and communication was great! Thank you for your outstanding effort

Initial experience has been really positive. I ranted on the phone to Liam who somehow managed turn my rant into a detailed report of my issues They sent an assessor Anthony round in less than 24 hours who looked so young but was actually really friendly and professional and was able to answer any questions i had double-checked that I had all my paperwork etc and that I understood the next steps/managed expectations. I received a message only a couple of days later that I had been appointed a solicitor. Considering it takes longer than thst just to get RBKC juat to send someone out to look at a repair I was very pleasantly surprised by the speed and service so far.👍🏽

Don't you just love this company. Every review a good one and we know this is not possible so on their site they are fake because the law of averages there had to be 1 bad one. So here goes. Filled the online form out explained a Top Barrister built a file. Asked where they solicitors as they phoned me within seconds of filling out the form so quick in fact must be desperate for business. He wanted details. I said if your a law firm I send you the file you read it. We don't work like that he said. Well normally you have a file at one practise decide to use another you pass it over. But not with these so I can only presume they are a call centre who use solicitors. Waste of time. Do it yourself civil court its easy to set up. Wanted to give 0 star out of 5 but would not allow so think yourselves lucky you got 1 star.

Firstly I’ve had this continuous issue for about 6 months. Mould and damp on the ceiling bathroom and living room which got worse!. Starting leaking, also cracked and then collapsed. Report this issue when I noticed the mould and damp but no one repairs team sent out. I’ve emailed my housing office numerous times but still nothing has been done. My children and I have been experiencing some breathing difficulties and reported to the doctors many times. I had to throw away my cupboard and personal belongs due to mould. I’m also pregnant and this has affected me in so many ways. Still no actions has been taken and no suitable accommodation has been giving to me.

I contacted my housing association to report a bug infestation. As usual due to my experience dealing with the housing association I completely got nowhere with them. I contacted this company who put me at ease they visited me the same day I contacted them. In my opinion this company should be running the U.K.
