Block Sinks

Block Sinks Broken piggin netting Damps and leaking Broken windows handles I recently moved into a new property where i had a feeling that some of the repairs were not upto the standard as it should before letting it out. After so many attempts to inform the council to get things done was failing and getting out of my hands, as I was very desperate and finding it hard to a point where I feel like no one is listening to me and had to just cope with the situation until my body pains also started to kick in because I am 7months pregnant and always had to take the water from the kitchen sink to the bathroom after cleaning with 2 stairs case. I went to online desperately searching for how to report the council for ignoring me and find this website so easy just type in your name and number, and someone called me in just less than 5mins surprised. Thanks to all the staff who took me through the process so easy and i am now waiting for the outcome.

Very quick and efficient

Very quick and efficient! Surveyor came out to survey within a day of my call. Staff are very helpful and stay on top of things unlike newlon housing association. Definitely would recommend if you’re having issues with your HA/council they will definitely help you out getting it resolved

Going without heating and hot water.

The property i live in, is a block of 35 flat's for elderly tenants. The heating and hot water were constantly going off sometime,s for long periods. Since getting in touch with Housing disrepair Helpline and getting publicity our problem is being fixed at landlord,s great expense.
