I love the clothes the shirts and sweather. Everything fits just right. I am now being relocated to NC from MA and I will need to change my clothes for that type of weather.

So far Stately Men has been great... saves me unbelievable time by sending me styles put together by professional stylists and the clothes have been great. Also any issues have be corrected in a very timely manner.

My experience has been SO awesome! I'm currently waiting on my 3rd box and I can't wait to see what stylist sent me this time! I'm very particular about what I wear, and was amazed at how my stylist was able to put my outfits together just from me submitting some pictures of myself and answering a few questions about my stylish preferences. I mean, these outfits are unique, super stylish, and fit to a T! So glad I tried Stately!

Terrible Service - Even Worse Clothes
This box club could not be worse. I paid for the highest level plan and took the time to fill out their style guide as well as have 4 different calls with stylists. They continued to send me items I specifically said I did not want and would not send me items I said I did want. I told them no plaid shirts and they sent me plaid shirts in every box. I said no slim fit pants and they sent me slim fit pants in every box. I asked for bold, solid colors items and they sent me boxes filled with browns, black and cream colors. I sent them picture after picture of the style I wanted to hit and they basically ignored them and even worse then sent me duplicates of things I already owned that they had pictures of. DO NOT USE this service.

I really want to love Stately. I have received some terrific items over the four or five boxes I have purchased to date. I would also rate the customer service five stars as every time I have had questions or issues they have resolved them quickly and even offer extras in some boxes. In every box I have received, there have been items I need to exchange. Usually multiple items, and on more than one occasion I have had two rounds of exchanges for one order. At first it really wasn’t a huge deal because exchanges were quick and easy. With the new policy, however, they are not. Unless I am willing to pay an expedition fee I have to wait for my next box, which I have set at two months, to receive exchanged items. And longer if there are additional exchanges at my own expense. This is usual as most online retailers offer quick and easy exchanges. This is even more important for a clothing subscription service where the items sent are not pre-selected by the customer. A high rate of exchanges should be expected. If Stately would go back to the prior return policy I would have no problem rating them 4-5 stars.

I had a decent time with Stately for over a year, gradually upgrading my membership and getting clothes I liked. The 1 star is due to the changes in service-level and inability to cancel without first talking to an AI bot then a human which took days and was not worth the trouble. Final straw is that the system sent me the standard email about an upcoming order that I wanted to postpone because I am out of the country but the website is being revamped so couldn't postpone my order, or apply any credits toward my order from points I had earned, or remove my credit card without adding a new one. As I was in a time-crunch, decided to revisit later. Revisited website (by chance) 10 minutes after order was auto-placed and asked to postpone. AI chatbot gave me the run-around then sent me to an AI email agent (which sent 2 emails in response to my continuing asks for help) where I had to threaten to cancel to get a human to respond via email with resolutions that also didn't stop shipment. If I could have found the postpone button, if I could have removed my credit card to halt shipment before the oder was placed (you must replace with a new one if you try to remove it), or if a human responded from the start instead of delaying 12+ hours until I could get to a human, I'm certain the order could have been cancelled and never shipped. I believe the shipment could have been stopped because both the AI and Personal agent stated the order could still be edited or my style profile updated before shipment (even after payment). Then when I explained that the only real resolution that would help was a stop shipment, I was blamed (with a screenshot of me clicking through the Email when I tried to postpone the first time without success due to the website issues) for not postponing before the order was placed. I'm still out of the country. I hope my package is safe. I hope this rating results in a COE. I won't be coming back because 1/the over-automation of customer service isn't worth the headaches, and 2/Stately took no responsibility for the website headaches and 3/canceling should be as easy as subscribing in the first place. The clothes were good if you're looking for a style change. Just use a prepaid card to subscribe and be prepared for customer-service rigidity around time-lines and dates.
