Customer Service is Key
I have to be honest, Alexis saved my business. I was pretty frustrated and didn't understand what was going on with my account. She explained the new system and the nuances that they were working through with it as well, and she fixed everything and got me back on track. I wouldn't have continued using Stately if it hadn't been directly for Alexis' support. She's an exceptional ambassador for the Stately brand. She truly cares for the customer's experience with the company and will go the extra mile to make things right. I called upset and ended the call confident and reassured!
Do NOT buy
Do NOT buy. Many times 1 star reviews are from people who just want to rant. But honestly consider the information provided by others. Initially I was very excited based on instagram ads I had seen. Got a top tier box and spent a good amount of time on my style profile. The clothes that came in were NOT as advertised. I specifically requested business casual for work in an office and in front of customers. All I got were polos my dad would wear or work shirts for lumberjacks. Multiple emails to customer service to try and fix the style prefrences and still nothing. I've kept one or two pieces but sent back the vast majority of every box. BUT, here is the kicker. Absolutely NO REFUNDS. They know that what they promise vs. what they deliver is sub-par. They are not looking for long time customers. Just tons of first time buyers. Offering no refunds is a terrible way to build trust. I would have simply canceled got my refund and moved on. But now I feel like I need to get something for the money they have stolen by posting truthful and honest reviews on my expreince. Please take this review into consideration and DO NOT BUY. Edit after the response below. Yes I know you state no refunds in the FAQ but that’s not apparent in the initial sales process, so not transparent at time of purchase. This seriously needs to be reconsidered if you you want to have any trust in the overall value of your product. This is modern day shopping. If something is not delivered satisfactorily you get your money back. Plain and simple.
A great service for a busy person/unsavvy shopper
Overall, my wardrobe has improved because of stately. The only thing I did not like was the real hassle of returning things. I've not yet decided if it's easier to take stuff back to a store or to box up the things I didn't want and take them to a UPS location. But to be honest, I have no idea how they could make that process better!
Have to by the top two tiered plans to get anything good.
Most times you don't follow the style profile and just throw something together. Adhere to what I want and don't want and this would be a different rating.

overall a good experience. I felt like Stately threw in a couple extra belts just to be able to show a higher retail value on the box. Boots and pants are great.
Double fail - didnt read preferences and charged for replacing a duplicate shirt
You sent me a duplicate shirt and charged me to get a replacement for your mistake. The second shirt you sent was a henley which in my preferences I have specifically requested no more henleys. That's the third time Stately ignored my preferences.
