I also can only echo previous reviews. I tried two boxes and returns of both before canceling You’ll have better luck at Kohl’s or Nordstrom Rack. Indeed, the Rack had many of the same Taylor Vintage brands you get in the boxes. No sports coats or business casual looks like on their social media accounts—just crappy discount brand stuff—not even coordinated to work together. Stay away

AVOID — a total fraud — received 2 boxes of ridiculous clothes

I did everything right. I filled out my profile completely I filled out the additional profile information completely. I included pictures from their own marketing that they requested of the styles that I liked. I was very specific that I was looking for business or business casual. What did they send in my first box? Shorts and T-shirts — to Minnesota in early April when the average temperature is 50° I’m also 53 years old and they sent me clothes that not even a total douche bag 23 year old would wear. There was no personal note for my stylist. No one even bothered to read the information and the photos I shared. After three phone calls and four emails, I got them to send me a new box. The new box included clothes of the exact same style Dash beach clothes meant for a 24 year old. No business clothes not even business casual. DO NOT BELIEVE any of their marketing where you imagine someone reading your profile and thoughtfully picking out clothes for you. They just unload whatever crap they have at a warehouse and send it to you. Borrow a friend’s girlfriend or someone who knows clothes and will go shopping with you. You’ll thank yourself.

Horrible company

Horrible company! Their communication is terrible, they try everything they can not to cancel account, or accept returns. There is no contact phone number on their site. Their email replies are very vague, and not tot the point. I had to call my card company to dispute as well as block any future charges. They SUCK!

Horrible Company!

Horrible Company to work with. Ordered and the clothes they sent were horrible and would guess they were from Tjmaxx or Marshalls. Trying to get them to email you back when you want a exchange is also terrible. I filed a credit card complaint and forwarded my credit card company all the emails I sent to them with no replies back!

Avoid at all Costs

Stately will not provide a refund and the clothes are not as advertised. Very low quality even at highest level of membership. Cancellation clunky and still in progress. Do not buy from this site!

I didn’t know clothing companies still existed with no return policies...

The clothes I received did not represent the quality/style of clothes shown in their marketing. They do not allow returning of items. They do allow a slow and tedious exchange process. I believe I’m am close to a month into the exchange process without a solution from the company. The clothes remind of Ross and Nordstrom Rack clearance items. They said they would send me outfits that would match the climate I live. We are going into the summer months in California, and I received 2 jackets, mostly all long sleeve shirts, 1 pair of pants, and some blue boots.

I can only echo the statements made below. The clothing is not premium and their service is very bad. I sent them, at additional cost me, several items for returns in November 2021 yet they never responded. For a three month period I endured box after box with items I would never ware. I told them and tried to get replacements but it never happened. Save your money cancel and try stitch fix! Awful truly.

Yep...I should have read the reviews! I thought this would be the answer to "no time to shop" but I was wrong. Instead, it cost me money but most importantly TIME. As noted in the other reviews, they always send the wrong sizes, then you have to send an email because you can't call anyone. You won't get a reply to your email for a week or so. If you are lucky it will be within a week. And any email exchange with them takes weeks because, and they admit this, they are very busy with emails so any reply can take 3-4 days. By the time you get all this resolved, you could have just gone to the mall and picked out the right sized clothes for yourself! All the clothing is made in China with big price tags. Crap! Then on top of that, I was supposed to get a credit on my first order, you know the one they always market you with, and that never happened...even after three months of using their service. On the third time I received the wrong clothing I asked for a refund and they don't give refunds. Well, I don't pay a stupid company to cost me time and don't fulfill their marketing promises so I cancelled! There is more but I think you get the point. I'll point out that on their website they have nothing but 5 star reviews so I'm sure they simply eliminate anything that is not 5 star. AND I can't even post a review on their site and I have an account. SCAMMERS! That's how I got sucked in. HEED THE WARNINGS...AVOID THIS COMPANY! They do not honor their word, they don't honor their marketing, they will waste your time and your money.

This is probably one of the worst…

This is probably one of the worst experiences I've had with online shopping. I spent time picking out my style, sizes, items I need/Want and end up receiving the wrong sizes, the wrong styles (I wanted professional casual and received hoodies and tee shirts). I've tried to contact customer services multiple times but only wat to reach them is through email, which have all gone unanswered. They've not given me credit for items returned and they keep sending me boxes of items of wrong style and sizes. I will make it my duty to let everyone know to stay away from this company.

RIP OFF RIP OFF! they will send clothes that you request not to send, and wrong sizes. They pick through clothes at ross and package them to look like you score but they don't even match.
