We had our Solar Energy System fitted six weeks ago. Very impressed with Andy who visited us in person twice beforehand. He arranged for remedial roof repairs which were carried out on the same day as the installation and was all completed in 5 hours. All the guys were very efficient, with attention to detail. Switch on was instant and loving the app. Leighton in the office has been very good trying to sort out a glitch with setting up to export energy. Would definitely recommend GRC Solar Ltd.

In the competitive world of Solar Systems, I contacted GRC Solar to find out more about Solar Energy and was impressed with their friendly advice. An initial visit was arranged with Tom and together he came up with a proposal that was discussed more in detail on his second visit; during this visit he carried out a site survey in the event that I placed an order. Having confirmed my acceptance of his quotation the GRC team seamlessly produced an order of works that involved the administrative team, technical department, the scaffold team and finally the fitters and in this instance Dan who led a team of three to carry out the installation. If you are contemplating going into Solar Energy, then give GRC Solar the opportunity to quote, you will not be disappointed.

Solar installation has been installed now for 4 weeks and is working well from the start with a good exlpanation about the system from Ian to the quick installation of the system by the crew all working in one day, the follow up with Ian for customer support was excellent as I am waiting for the electric company to change Tariff as my system is uploading to the Grid. I can thoroughly recommend GRC solar systems.

We have had our solar installation a little over 2 weeks ago and are absolutely delighted with it. It has been a very smooth process throughout starting from the initial visit to survey the property and deciding on the required system to the installation and commissioning. We had some issues with initial scaffolding company but this was quickly sorted out by Ian and the scaffolding was erected on the bank holiday. The team installing the panels and the batteries and inverter was very professional and everything went smoothly on the day. Ian was extremely helpful in getting all the required paperwork done and I am awaiting the response from my energy company regarding export of surplus power. I would thoroughly recommend GRC Solar for solar system installation.

We have been living with our GRC Solar system now for 6 weeks. We are absolutely delighted with the installation and the results todate. From the initial visit, right through to the final commissioning all has been excellent. The scaffolders arrived as planned, the system was installed and switched on two days later. All installation crew including the scaffolders were very polite, tidy and professional. The work was completed as planned, with good explanation of the process throughout. Customer follow up from the office too has also been excellent. I can thoroughly reccommend.

I had quotes and interactions with few solar companies. I chose GRC for following reasons. Andy explained how it works , assessed my needs better than representatives from other companies.When I told him that I wanted make the system future proof , he came up with ideas to maximise the productivity and offered a very competitive price. Installation was very smooth and so far I am very impressed with the energy generation. Leighton was very helpful with my post installation queries and adjusting the set up . I think I will be able to make more savings by making minor adjustments in the set up with Leighton’s help. I am still waiting for my paper work which is essential to get paid for the electricity which my system is uploading to the grid. This delay is a minor glitch in an otherwise great service I received so far

Why has this company got an automated telephone system with a prerecorded female voice asking if you want solar panels that comes from a Northern Ireland number ?????? I got fed up with constant calls over a few days so instead of saying “no” decided to let them call me back and answered “yes”. Got a call back within 2 to 3 hours and this time a real human being. Asked which company he was representing and he quoted GRC from Runcorn. The initial phone calls came from 028 4378 0085 028 4378 0025 028 4378 0086 028 7114 2711….. other than the last call, can you see a pattern ??? No good blocking them as they just call again from a different number. Have a look at “Who called me” and enter the number that you were called from. If I did want solar panels, I don’t think I would sit at home 24/7 awaiting someone to call me. As a PS ….. the “human call” came from GRC’s office number.

From Introduction, site survey, proposal through to supply & fully installed we are greatly impressed. The installation team were excellent in absolutely every respect.
