From my initial sceptical response to a ‘cold’ ‘phone call, to the extent and care of the after-sales service we have nothing but praise for our entire experience with GRC. Tom, the salesman was informed and informative, and applied no pressure whatsoever. The scaffolders were cheerful, efficient and polite. They even arrived on a wet, miserable day to remove the scaffolding. The panel installation was completed in a day, and the electrician, Jonathan was able to demonstrate and then install an altogether better solution than that originally proposed for the wiring and equipment. The office staff were always responsive and helpful, and especially so in organising the registration for export to the grid. We would not hesitate to recommend GRC to anyone seeking an efficient and professional panel installation.

Andy the salesman and team were responsive to our questions. We had a pre-installation visit by an electrician from the team to plan what could have been a difficult wiring problem. The team on the appointed day completed the installation very efficiently within four hours.

We were very impressed with the teams knowledge. From the initial visit from Tom who explained everything very well and was very thorough. On the day the panels were fitted it was all done in a day. We have unfortunately experienced some problems with our batteries but this has been resolved swiftly and effectively. The office team have also been very helpful and the app is very impressive. From initial contact through to installation and subsequent processes (eg registration for exporting energy) ALL staff were helpful, polite, dependable, neat and tidy and available to answer any questions or deal with any problems in a very timely fashion. Initially we obtained several quotes, GRC were undoubtedly the best choice, professional throughout and returned immediately to remedy a small problem. Ian made everything clear and concise, so I did not have to worry about the details of setting up my system. He called in at my house within 24 hours of contacting him to set up the export of excess energy, which Is great service.
