Informative discussion with GRC rep, Andy. Explained everything in easy to understand language. Gave a timescale that was adhered to perfectly, ranging from scaffolding up and panels fitted. Very competitive prices. The work teams were quick, professional and tidied up afterwards. On the installation day, the panels arrived and were fitted in 4 hours. Great job.

Everything about this company is good. I was wary about venturing in to the world of solar, but every question I had was answered, the prices were competitive and the details and benefits were transparent. Installation day ran smoothly and the after care, sorting out export to my electricity provider and extended warranties, second to none. Were a business and had to source a Solar Company for over 40 panels for our double roofed offices. We had three quotes and face to face meetings. GRC solar quoted the job and was in the ball park but what was heads and shoulders above all others was their personal approach to things. We fully checked them out from both legal and safety perspectives and quite honestly they have been fantastic. All went to plan and minimum disturbance for our 50 office based staff. Came recommended Being widowed 6 moths ago this decision was the first I have made for myself. Andy the salesperson came and explained how it worked ,did the survey and explained about the trees shade and efficiencies of not linking the panels etc. shows me the pictures of the survey. And the app. I was so impressed decided then to go ahead. They were fitted 10 days later by 3 very efficient and professional young men in 3 hrs . The app is fascinating. Elliott on the office advised me of how to export it to the grid and set up the application by phone and WhatsApp. Documents received very impressive

i had 10 panels installed by GRC, everyone was neat an tidy, i requested for my paperwork to be posted an it was on time , installers were on time coming an going, Elliott came to set up export so I can export my surplus energy.

Our solar panels were installed yesterday and already fuelling the needs of the house and charging the battery, despite it being an overcast day. Service from everyone from GRC has been excellent form the first calls with Tom to the help from Elliot in the office and Joe and the installers yesterday. We had our Solar Panels fitted six months ago. Very efficient service, took less than a day - and repaired a few tiles whilst they were up there! The systems has worked faultlessly since then. Today they set up the feed-in payments - again very smooth and efficient. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

Andy came out and explained how solar worked, he checked our house and roof . He check our electric use and gave us a fabulous estimate for having the best solar pannels, 16 in fact and a storage battery. He gave and estimated and came back the next day with a formal estimate and a detailed report showing all the costs and timescales. Including item guarantees and detailed after care. He allowed us time to think and after Christmas he gave us a courtesy call. There was no hard sell so we agreed to have the solar installed. The job was done in 1 day a week later. The scaffold team were quick and professional. The electrician was great he explained to me what everything was, I am 60 this year, even I can understand now how solar works and I could already see after week that our family is saving money. The service was 5 star, the team have shown me how to use an app on my phone. There advise,prices and service where amazing. I would recommend GRC Solar Ltd all day long.
