Jones Whyte dealt with our Family Protection Trust. Nicole Donnelly was the Case Handler for the final stage involving Bereavement, sale of the property in June 2023 and Distribution of the Estate. Unfortunately the family did not expect such a delay before everything could be finalised but this was due to the many procedures that had to be covered.
