I recently ordered two wedges after a great fitting session (plaudits Dave Bunker) and received a call late yesterday afternoon that they had arrived. I shared I am on a golf trip from this morning and Alex in the shop responded by personally delivering the clubs to my house last night. This was way beyond the call of duty, amazing service and really much appreciated.

Can I just say that Alex at complete golfer in Northwood is an absolute legend! From the fitting of my new clubs to the purchase of my new driver , woods and irons and new stand bag he’s been amazing no problem has been too big for him! And I’ve had a few changes and tweaks I’ve needed to make since my purchases and he’s gone above and beyond to make sure everything was correct for me I will never shop anywhere else now for all my golf purchases from now on.
