These are good people, I've ordered a few things from them and they've always proved to be honest trustworthy and assessable for any issues.

I had an issue with a pair of Footjoy tour Alpha shoes, which were 5 months old, where the stitching was coming undone below the lace eyes. I contacted complete golfer and the service they provided was exceptional. I had sent a picture and also had to send them back at no cost to myself. Once they'd received them back they phoned and agreed to replace them. I received the new pair the next day via DPD. Unfortunately the new pair were spikeless so I phoned them again. The very next day DPD were on my doorstep with a new spiked pair and to take the other pair back. What great service, everyone I spoke to in the team were so helpful.. thank you complete golfer

Best service I’ve had in the golf industry! I was struggling to get a particular driver with a certain shaft in, but noticed they had the shaft in another driver in stock. I spoke to Scott, I asked the question whether they could swap these for me, and not only could they do it, they offered me a deal and held the driver for two days for me! I’ll be buying all my golf clubs from here in the future! Very impressed.

I ordered 2 wedges late on Friday night. The order was dealt with Sat morning, I received further updates from the courier and the clubs arrived at the scheduled time Tuesday morning. Very competitive pricing and easy process to navigate.

I got in touch via the online chat, which was great. They price matched a competitor for 17 polo shirts with no quibbles. The transaction was seamless and I received the shirts 5 days later. They even phoned me the day before to check that I was ok for delivery. I can highly recommend this golf retailer.

What fantastic service. Spent 90 minutes trying putters with help and advice from 3 staff including the manager, I actually didn't end up buying one as they help me find the right one but the correct length is no longer available from the manufacturer. They were patient and knowledgeable and didn't pressure me into buying for the sake of it. Special thanks to Toby for spending time locating certain models and helping me with specs. Will certainly be going to them first in future. Well worth my 73 mile drive to go see them in Northwood.

When things go wrong, and eventually they always will, it is the sign of a good business how they rectify the situation, and Keith was excellent. I have just purchased a golf trolley from these guys. I am new to the game so I called to discuss the options with the guys and I had the most honest advice I’ve ever received. Then once I decided which one to buy I simply purchased as I had such good experience. After looking to see if I had over paid I found out I had the best deal by a long way compared to every retailer on the first Google page after searching for the specific trolley. Thennnn I find out that it was to be delivered the very next day. Amazing customer service, unbelievable prices and the service is amazing. Cannot recommend them enough, I won’t shop anywhere else now for all my golf supplies.
