The downlights arrived in 2 days which is incredible for free delivery. The customer was very impressed with the downlights which makes my life easier.

Not only did a very helpful young man answer the phone when I called, but he also knew what he was talking about. I had bought some colour changing GU10 bulbs which did not fit into any GU10 recessed downlight, that is, until I found this website. I now have colour changing lights in the two loft conversion bedrooms, mainly for the grandchildren, so now they can have a pink room or blue room or any colour they select on the remote control. I might add that I had been to a number of electrical stores and wholesale outlets and none of them could help. The lights are brilliant quality and the service was amazing, the lights arrived the day after the order was placed and were very well packed. In all a fantastic service and company. Liz Fisher.

Website easy to use - liked the picture and dimensions information given to confirm we were buying the right thing as the original faulty part is no longer available. Part arrived within a couple of days. Fitted and working within a couple of hours. And I've been waiting 18 months to get that sorted!

The item I was looking for was easy to find on the website from a serach in Google. Ordering was simple and the package arrived four days after ordering by Royal Mail. A job well done.

They were great, I accidently ordered the wrong item....and it was hassle free in exchanging it.

The order tracking on the website didn't work and I ended up making a one hour trek to the parcel depot because I'd been out for a short time. The courier company told me there that had my mobile number or e-mail address been given to them by Downlights Direct, I would have been alerted to a one hour window within which they would have called.
