Ordered quite a few different items on line - recieved notification of a back order requirement on one of the items. Contacted Downlights Direct they shipped what they had imeadiately and the backorder to follow (no extra cost). Recieved the goods in time started the project and Backorder was recieved a few days later. Came to fitting uplighters (part of the first delivery) and unfortunately found 4 of 8 broken. Contacted Downlights again, straight away returns number given to return fittings including postage costs to be reimbursed. Replacement units recieved within 2 days in time for project completion. Can't fault Dowlights Direct, efficient and on the case, thanks to Jamie and the team.

hi. i ordered some white rocker switch pygmy lights from downlights direct. i find these lights a very cheap way of putting lighting under kitchen cabinets. downlights direct were a pleasure to deal with . i had some correspondence with them by email and found the hole transaction very smooth and fast. i will definitely order again from downlight direct.

Good website good fast delivery but instead of receiving 2 x20 A junction boxes I got 20 . Very helpful guy when I rang to explain the error. Just need a prompt refund of the return postage and all will be good

I found Downlights Direct on the web in my search for a specific lamp of a specific color. They are in the UK. I am in Sweden. They were helpful, but I had to call a few times to push the processing of my order. This meant that I missed out on a clearance deal they had on LED bulbs (£6 instead of like £20) which was annoying. They found the last three lamps "anywhere" and I'm glad they did. The info on their web page about "how many in stock" seem to not be up to date from time to time. The navigation is a bit overly complex also. Many sub levels. Overall, I'm a happy customer who will look at their offerings again!
